We feel guests will be open, honest and much more constructive when dealing with an independent company such as Feefo. They are more inclined to be honest because they will not want to hurt our feelings. We want to hear constructive feedback because we want to make sure our guests' get the best experience ever. If there is a problem we would encourage one out of our large group guests to contact us so that we can rectify any issues.
