Hen Party!!!! Stag Party !!!!! Large Group parties!!!!! Same Sex Parties always seem to get everyone scared.  Feel unloved?  No need we can help!!

Bars won't always let the full group in, some restaurants won't allow it and trying to get accomodation can be an absolute nightmare.

We are happy to help responsible adults looking to have nice clean fun in Edinburgh.  We have a range of large apartments in Edinburgh City Centre to suit all budgets.  Hen Parties, stag parties and large group parties needn't be as difficult to organise now with Edbook helping.

We manage these apartments very well and if you are responsible adults we are happy to have you on board!!  We can provide excellent value for money in these residential large apartments but we must never forget that we are not there to noise up neighbors or surrounding businesses.

Our motto is "there is nothing wrong with having good clean fun as long as we don't upset anyone"

Our promise to you is that we will talk you through a plan of action and follow it up step by step by email so you are relaxed.

Accomodation is the first thing to get organised.  Here are the large apartments to choose from.

Okay now that we have the apartment booked we can now decide what you would like to do when you are in Edinburgh.  We have had so much feedback from previous guests' telling us all about the fun they had when they visited us here in our beautiful City.

We will tailor it to suit your requirements.  We prefer to do a package that you have creativelly thought about yourselves but we understand the importance of how vital it is for everything to run smooth.  And this is why we want to help organise your group party to go well.

The bride or the groom is looking to be suprised at how much effort their best maid or best man has put into organising these events!!!

So  if that is what they want we will go the extra mile to ensure you are all happy and stress free. And you will get the praise for doing a wonderful job in the wedding speech.

As I live in Edinburgh I think it makes sense me  personally talking to the right people....   I am guided by what you want and will ensure it happens for you realistically.

There!!!! now the pressure is already off you.

Just give me some ideas of what you want me to help you with and I will get the best deals for you.  Once you arrive in Edinburgh You will simply quote my name Evelyn from Edbook to ensure your admittance into the venues we plan.

That way the full group need not worry about splitting up.  It is very exciting staying in Edinburgh but the planning has to be right.  If you are planning something at home most of us would want to visit the place and personally talk to someone there.  Remember this is a week end you want to remember for being good.  Large groups can be difficult to keep occupied and keep all together.

Some ideas: For the hen party  Friday arrival.  Hens pyjamma party with our buffet or take away pizza, little fiz, beauty treatments and maybe bridesmaids film.  Good clean fun and having laughs amongst pals.

Saturday Ghost tours with cocktails, nice restaurant booked, cocktail making, various pubs.  We can arrange limos depending if required and reserve tables in bars with DJ set up.  We have girls who can pin up your hair and apply eyelashes or any other service you require.  It's nice being pampered before you go out.  The conversation can still continue whilst someone else works on the locks and the look you want to party in Edinburgh.

Karaoke room with cocktails.  This is where you all have your very own private stage for a few hours and simply buzz the waiter to give you private drinks service.  Good fun even if you can't sing it's a laugh.  Trust me I can't sing but been known to hogg the mic once i've had a few.

Spa days available.

Sunday for either large groups, stag or hen - Walk around Arthur Seat to clear the head, (weather permitting) lunch at sheeps heed or shopping in Edinburghs George Street or Princess Street then lunch in the beautiful Dome bar, Le'monde or Tigerlilly.

Particuilarly For the Stag party!!! Arrival buffet, beer, restaurant booked and few bars in the City.

Saturday - Paintballing, Go Karting or Ghost tours with cocktails.  Lap dancing bars seems to be a real favourite then nice restaurant booked on your behalf.  Club admittance and nightclub pre organised.

And if I have left anything out then please help me help you.

"We are happy with our guests' comments who keep coming back for more fun.  Here's what our guests have to say."

We had an amazing weekend in Edinburgh for my hen party. I had 10 hens and LaFavorita apartment was perfect it was clean, spacious and in an ideal location. We used the restaurant on the Friday for take away and it was superb. Everyone commented on how nice the apartment was so there will lots of recommendations and i'll definitely be using it again, just need an excuse for another weekend away! Only complaint i would make is the smoke alarm is right above the cooker in the kitchen so it goes off constantly when cooking but everything else was perfect.Thank you also to Evelyn for your help.http://www.edbook.co.uk/directory/properties/reviews/32014-apartment-lafavorita

I must say my most memorable experience was Edinburgh Festival. Wow...If you have never been to Edinburgh before you need to go. This apartment was an excellent find. Minutes walk into town as well as comfortable and good value for money. There was 8 of us and we all enjoyed our stay here.
The Cumberalnd bar was a real favourite and only a few minutes away . We gorged in the itallian opposite mainly pasta di'arrola Fan bloody tastic.

Thank you for everything. We will be recommending this apartment and will definately be back. Huge thank you to Elaine who was kind enough to answer my enquiries via email at 9pm Just wondering when you ever sleep?? Nothing seems to be a bother. They are very friendly and helpful.

Thanks and sorry if we were high maintenance. We are all lads from the USA and not use to front loaders.. Or in fact if honest Washing Machines full stop.. LOL.

See you next year for sure guys. All the best. http://www.edbook.co.uk/directory/properties/reviews/32106-henderson-row-apartment

Thanks to Elaine and Evelyn for a fabulous stay here. This was a lovely recommendation. It was great value for money. It is a very comfortable apartment just like you said. It is just the same as the pictures. The bedding is lovely, crisp and fresh. The beds are really comfy.
We were just under £500 and there was 10 of us for 2 nights. It was an excellent choice. The location was good for us as it does not take long to walk into town and it is a nice walk. We found a lovely place for breakfast called the Earth located a few minutes from the apartment. It is an old fashioned grocery come farm house store with a great deli...It is a little expensive but all organic. We also found another fabulous bistro called Victor Hugo along by the Meadows. You can walk there and it is worth the stroll to get the best black pudding roll you have ever tasted.. Sorry girls for my delay in sending this but I have been staying in London in hotels and I must say my time in Edinburgh was so much better. Will be coming back to see you all again next year. All the best 2012 and huge thanks to you all including Satish who was very helpful when we arrived xx

The Ryehill apartment was perfect for our party of 7, we only stayed for 2 nights but easily could have stayed for a lot longer.

We were very impressed with the competitive rates and how modern and spacious the property was, everything we needed was provided for us to make the most of our stay, the beds were especially comfortable and made our stay even more of a pleasure after getting such a great night sleep.

Evelyn who we dealt with is especially pleasant and helpful, We will be staying at Ryehill gardens in the future for sure.

have recently visited this apartment for a girls weekend with friends and it was so much more than we expected. We had arranged to meet the housekeeper but upon arriving early asked to check in earlier which was no trouble at all.

The apartments are approx 5-10 minute walk into the city centre or a short taxi ride away. The apartment is decorated to a high standard and was very clean. 3 large double bedrooms easily accommodated 6 girls and all of our baggage! Has a large bathroom and an en suite. Beautifully furnished, we could not have asked for more. We communicated with the owners via email prior to our stay and all emails and queries were replied to promptly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Brilliant city centre apartment! http://www.edbook.co.uk/directory/properties/reviews/32194-hopetoun-village-apartment

There are lots of special things to do in Edinburgh and it doesn't always need to cost the earth so to speak.  Why not take advantage of something we offer our guests for free.  No other City has an extinct Volcano in its limits so climbing Arthur Seat the tallest of Edinburgh"s 7 hills is an essential activity for anyone visiting the City.  As well as an aerobic workout, a trip to our Dynamic Earth is worth the spend as it has all the useful information on how the landmark was formed.

Enlighting education!!!

Number one Tourist attraction in Edinburgh.  Arthur’s Seat s visible from all over the city hovering 280metres above Edinburgh.

After exploring Arthur Seat why not visit one of our few historic pubs mainly the Sheeps Heid Inn, Good food good beer and good cheer amongst real Scottish locals.  Inspector Reebus fans will know their gruff hero drinks here as does occassionally his creator and famous writer Ian Rankin.   Recommended apartment next door to get a real taste of all this beauty http://www.edbook.co.uk/directory/properties/view/29858-lakeside-house-old-church-lane
