The bedroom area has a double bed with ample hanging storage and leads out to the balcony in the shadow of the castle.

For young families a cot and high chair are available for a small extra charge.

For cost conscious visitors to the festival this flat is the ideal offering and with Edinburgh Castle providing the backdrop, the Military Tattoo is a very unique experience as is the world famous Edinburgh festival during the month of August. At Castle Wynd Apartment guests can watch the Edinburgh Tattoo fireworks at night, overhead from the balcony.

Check in is from 1pm-3pm and 6pm-8pm. Check out is by 11am. This property offers a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Early arrival and late check out can be arranged. Additional cost will be determined by circumstance.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and a further refundable security deposit of £100 is due prior to your arrival.

The price given is based on sharing. So for example we assume that 2 people require one bed. If the second bed is required for two people then £15 is deducted from your security deposit to cover laundry costs.

Parking details There is a multi storey car park within a 2 minute walk of the apartment or on-streed metered parking. However, there is no real requirement for a car, as you could not get more central than this apartment which nestles into the very castle rock itself.
