Access to the apartment is via the front entrance to the building, which also gives access to rear shared garden.
The apartment has a dining room with table and 4 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom contains a double bed and a large sofa that converts into a double bed. The second bedroom also contains a double bed. Both bedrooms have TV's with Freeview and DVD players.
There is a family bathroom and a cloakroom/toilet to complete the accommodation.
For young families, a child's cot and high chair are available for a small charge.
For transport in the city, this apartment is only 20 yards to the nearest bus stop and 1 mile to Waverley Train Station. The airport is located 4 miles to the west of the city centre.
Check in is from 1pm-3pm and from 6pm-8pm. Check out is by 11am. This property offers a "meet and greet" service whereby you will be met at the property to provide keys and be shown the layout etc. Early arrival and late check out can be arranged. Additional cost will be determined by circumstance.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and a further refundable security deposit of £100 is due prior to your arrival.
